The theme for our first Take Time Toolbox is “Take Time to Relax”.
We curated this very first box with the intention of helping you to take time and relax. There are no earth-shattering challenges to do or things that might exhaust you physically or mentally. Just plain ol’ relaxation that most of us have a really hard time doing. So with this month’s box, we invite you to fully immerse yourself in the art of relaxation.
This week, give yourself permission to take 20-30 minutes and just relax. I am by no means saying to limit yourself to just 20-30 minutes but if you have a hard time just being still you may want to set a timer.
Make yourself a cup of tea, find a nice quiet place and snuggle up with your favorite cozy blanket. Grab your “Chicken Soup for the Soul” book and read some wonderful and encouraging stories we’re sure you’ll relate to.
